Hire Periods
We charge for ALL TIME OUT including weekends and public holidays.
Conditions of Hire
Equipment is hired under our 'General Conditions for the Hiring
of Equipment' approved by the Hire Association Europe of which
we are full members, and follow their code of practice. A copy
of the conditions is printed on the reverse of each delivery/advice
note.
Deposits - Proof of Address
A deposit is required according to the value of equipment hired.
Only cheques supported by a guarantee card, most major Debit & Credit
cards and cash is accepted. Please be ready to provide proof
of your address (driving licence not acceptable). Current bills
which are dated are acceptable. Please phone for assistance if
you have any queries.
Credit Accounts
Applications for a trading account from companies who wish
to use our services regularly are most welcome, please ask for
an application form. Minimum invoice charge is £5.00 net
and settlement is strictly 30 days net.
Delivery
A prompt & efficient delivery service is available at extra
cost and we do our best to meet your requirements.
Insurance
The hirer is responsible for insurance against all risks and
to see that our equipment is properly used and safeguarded.
